SODIrace Terms of Service

Welcome to SODIrace. We are happy to have you use our platform. The following Terms of Service agreement will lay the terms by which SODIrace (“us”, “we”, “our”) agrees to provide our services to you by and which you agree to use our services. We want to provide a positive and safe environment for our users, and by agreeing to abide by these services, you are helping us with that mission. By using any part of SODIrace.com, you are agreeing to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you may not use SODIrace.com.

SODIrace may update these Terms of Service at any time by modifying this document. You are bound by any such modification and should visit this page regularly to review these Terms of Service. Furthermore, SODIrace will notify all registered users of SODIrace.com of any changes to this agreement. This email will be sent to the email address stored in connection to users’ accounts. Termination of this Agreement

You recognize that the services provided to you by SODIrace are provided voluntarily. Similarly, your agreement to these terms and your use of SODIrace is voluntary. At any time for any reason without prior written notice, SODIrace may terminate your account and use of our services. You may also terminate this agreement with SODIrace and choose to not use our services at any time for any reason. Neither you nor SODIrace will be held accountable for either party’s termination.

If you believe SODIrace has caused you damage by terminating your account and use of the site, please reach out to us by email at admin@sodirace.com, so we can work to rectify the issue.

Privacy

SODIrace commits to make efforts to protect the security of any personal data provided to us by you. SODIrace will make efforts to only store data used to provide better services to you and the other users of SODIrace.com. SODIrace Accounts

We require users to create accounts to use most of the services on SODIrace.com. You agree to provide accurate information when creating or editing the account. You also agree to not impersonate another individual. If you believe someone is impersonating you or using your personal information for their SODIrace account, please notify us as soon as possible by email so that we can address the issue.

SODIrace Copyrighted Material

All content, images, graphics on the SODIrace site is copyright protected and owned by SODIrace. If you wish to use some of the content, images, or graphics on the SODIrace site, you must first get written permission from SODIrace.

You may be held responsible for any unauthorized use that violates copyright laws. If you believe any content on SODIrace is breaking copyright law, please immediately reach out to us by email at admin@sodirace.com to inform us of the content. We will investigate the mentioned content and work to remove any unauthorized copyrighted material.

Content and Software

SODIrace owns and does not license you to distribute any software you may download from SODIrace.com, The Play Store, The Apple Store, or any other software distribution platforms.

Content and software from SODIrace are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind. The content and software provided to you by SODIrace are changed frequently in order to improve our services to our users. We may make these changes regularly and without notice to users. These changes include adding features, removing features, and modifying existing features.

We do not provide any warranties for these changes, and we will not be held responsible or liable for any damages accrued to you by these changes. We do wish to provide all of our users with the best experience possible, so if you have issues with any changes we have made, please let us know. We do not warrant that any software or content provided to you by SODIrace is accurate or free from errors. We also do not warrant that our servers are completely secure and thus will not be hacked. We cannot guarantee that our software or site is free from viruses or other malicious software. We will not be held responsible for any damages accrued from the use of our site or software. We do, however, take your security very seriously. We will make efforts to ensure that our servers are not compromised and that your data is secure. We will also work to make sure our site is safe to use and provides a positive experience for our users. If you believe you or others have or could receive damages from using SODIrace.com or our software, please email us so we can promptly work to fix the problem and rectify damages when appropriate.

User-Generated Content

Users can generate content on SODIrace that is publicly viewable, including race names, team names, and other race information. Since the information is public, all SODIrace users can see the content. Please ensure that the content created is appropriate for viewership by all SODIrace users. You may be held legally responsible for anything you post on SODIrace.com. This content must be clearly and directly related to the team or the race to which it refers. You are not permitted to create content that can be considered to be obscene, offensive, inaccurate, or violates another person’s privacy. You may not create content that engages in or encourages illegal activity.

SODIrace will use its own discretion when determining if your content is permissible. We hold the right to remove the content if we believe it is harmful to SODIrace or our users. If you believe we have unfairly removed your content, please reach out to us by email.

SODIrace does not endorse any content created by our users. We will not be held responsible or liable for any damages resulting from content generated by users. We will, however, make efforts to ensure content on our site is safe and appropriate.

Links to Other Sites

Sodirace.com may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by SODIrace. We have no control over and do not endorse any content of third-party websites; thus, we assume no responsibility or liability for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

Liability Disclaimer

If SODIrace is held responsible to you for any damages or losses, we will be liable for a maximum of fifty dollars ($50 USD) or the total price paid by you to SODIrace.com.

Violation of this Agreement or Laws

If you violate these Terms of Service or other laws, you agree to hold SODIrace blameless for any legal issues related to your violation.

Children Under 13 or Under the Age of Majority

Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to use the services provided on SODIrace.com. You agree that you are above 13 years of age. If you are under 13 years of age, please stop using SODIrace immediately and inform us, so we can delete any of your personal information.

Accessing SODIrace Outside of the U.S.

SODIrace is based in the United States.
